Alex began training in martial arts at age nine, inspired by Bruce Lee. As a teenager, he stepped into leadership early — coaching local youth and mentoring teammates on the football field.
In his twenties, Alex dedicated nine years to boxing while expanding his skills through kickboxing, tai chi, MMA, and jiu-jitsu seminars. In 2022, he committed fully to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, continuing his journey at Tri-Cities Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.
Calm, focused, and detail-oriented, Alex brings a thoughtful approach to every class. He believes martial arts builds discipline, resilience, and lifelong growth — on and off the mats.
