Each session begins with a 15-20 minute review and warm-up period, allowing you to revisit previous lessons or explore techniques you've studied online through GracieUniversity.com. This collaborative time encourages questions and knowledge sharing among peers and instructors.
Technical Instruction
Following the warm-up, instructors introduce 2-3 new techniques from the current chapter of study. You'll practice these techniques with a cooperative partner, ensuring the movements become intuitive and natural.
Focus Sparring
Classes conclude with controlled training exercises, including Rapid Mastery Drills, Focus Sparring, and Fight Simulation Drills. Safety is paramount; participation in sparring is voluntary, and all students are expected to train responsibly to maintain a productive environment.
